Manual, semi-conventional, and conventional weed eradication are the three forms of utilized. Farmers benefit greatly from usage weeding equipment in combating pests fields. The blade you use determines how successful at weeding. As a result, it is required to examine weeds blade. With tetrahedral mesh, simulation utilizing finite element analysis approach allows for optimization design, computation, prediction material strength. goal this research was figure out much von Mises's stress, deformation, safety factor were worth. ANSYS Workbench software used simulate various loadings 10N, 25N, 50N. highest Mises stress created by modelling blades 50N loads around 2.95x10-2 MPa, 7.38x10-2 0.14755 respectively. Each factors 15, maximum deformation value 4.26x10-7mm; 1.06x10-6mm; 2.13x10-6mm. indicates that knife design safe up loading.
